Momentum running is an online coaching platform that offers runners of all levels a personalised training program tailored to help them achieve their goals.
Training programs are formulated through the combination of practical experience over a 15-year professional career as a four time Olympian and grounded in scientific theory through studies in Masters of High Performance Sport.
The vision of Momentum running was ultimately born out of the passion to help people achieve their goals, in the same way so many people have helped myself through my running journey.
Through the combination of practical experience and theory my hope is to empower runners with the knowledge and confidence to take control of their own running journey, essentially making momentum running redundant - quite the business model!
