After spending time in many different training environments, I strongly believe that two sessions per week is optimal for developing young athletes. This allows for the careful management of intensity and training loads, while allowing space within week to fit in a long run that is one of the most important parts of the weekly training schedule.
Meeting on the corner of Anderson St and Alexandra Avenue.
The session will typically be an interval session. Access to the tan, Collingwood FC track or Goschs Paddock for sessions

The session will typically be threshold or mixture of threshold and hills.
This will be done in athletes own time. Duration and pace will be shown in online program.
This is one of the most important runs of the week and a great opportunity to get some good time on legs.
